Proxy Access - Student Setup Instructions
Students can grant anyone with a valid email address as a proxy user in the Proxy Access System. Below are the setup instructions for students.
- Log into .
- On the Student Services card, click on Student Records. Click on Create Proxy Access.
- Click "Add New."
- Enter the required fields.
- Required: First name, last name, email address, verify email address, relationship.
- Start Date and Stop Date will automatically populate. These can be updated.
- Optional: Description
- Required: First name, last name, email address, verify email address, relationship.
- Select the Authorizations, or copy authorizations from other proxy.
- Click on the "Submit" button when done.
- Proxy Access is complete!
The designated proxy user will receive emails regarding establishing their access and valid authorizations. To review the emails select the communications tab. You will be copied on all email communications.
To change authorizations, click on the edit pencil under the proxy's name and uncheck any fields you no longer wish for the proxy user to see.
To delete the proxy relationship, click on the trashcan under the proxy's name.
