This program brings together leaders and experts from across UAH to guide our ERP modernization. Each group has a distinct role.

  • Executive Sponsors are the program’s champions. They keep the effort aligned with UAH’s mission, remove roadblocks, and ensure the right resources are in place.
  • Steering Committee members act as trusted advisors. They provide strategic guidance, represent the needs of the broader campus community, and help with major decisions.
  • Team Leads are the hands-on experts. They focus on the details of designing, testing, and implementing processes and systems that will work for faculty, staff, and students.

Together, these groups ensure the program is well-supported, collaborative, and built with UAH’s unique needs in mind.
