Caitlin Sampson
Caitlin Sampson is the human resources (HR) manager at TriVector Services, Inc., where she leads recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance efforts. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 in mass communication with an emphasis in public relations from East Tennessee University, a master鈥檚 in human resources leadership from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from 萝莉岛app (UAH).
Sampson鈥檚 journey into HR began unexpectedly after discovering her natural interest in facilitating and promoting training and development. Her HR career has spanned multiple industries including higher education, home healthcare, veterinary medicine, manufacturing and government contracting. Throughout her career, she has held many titles like board member, conference chair, instructor, mentor, advisor, teammate, HR manager, recruiter and professional catalyst, but her favorite titles are mom and wife.
Outside of her career, Sampson loves road trips, post-it notes, thought-provoking conversations and black coffee. She is convinced that she has the best people in the world in her corner, and the two words she lives by are 鈥減assion鈥� and 鈥減urpose.鈥�
