Rhet Roberson is the manager of quality systems and secondary raw materials (SRM) optimization at Saint-Gobain Ceramics, where he leads quality system process control strategies and furnacing processes. He earned an associate鈥檚 in pre-engineering from Northwest Shoals Community College and a bachelor鈥檚 in chemical engineering with a minor in business administration from 萝莉岛app (UAH).

Upon graduation, Roberson joined Saint-Gobain as the sole site engineer, playing a vital role in budgeting, supply chain management and ceramic product recipe control. He credits the many professional development opportunities provided by Saint Gobain鈥檚 training and leadership teams for his growth and ongoing success.

A lifelong learner, Roberson enjoys reading and exploring new ideas and concepts. He is currently pursuing a master鈥檚 in engineering management from Auburn University and is an active member of the AIChE and the Eva Lion鈥檚 Club. Outside of work, Roberson enjoys spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their daughter, Millie.
