Biography

Taylor Yeazitzis is a Ph.D. candidate in applied experimental psychology with a concentration in human factors at ÂÜÀòµºapp (UAH). Her professional interests center on affordability within aerospace organizations, organizational culture, and addressing biases in stakeholder elicitation as a precursor to the systems architecture process. By applying principles of psychology and human factors, she tackles complex challenges in organizational and systems design, aiming to foster collaboration and innovation in addressing these multifaceted issues. Her current research aims to bridge the gap between social and technical components of organizations within the space sector, advocating for a novel approach to affordability that takes into account the interconnected complexities of aerospace programs. Yeazitzis earned a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology and a bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from UAH.
